Hi everyone,

It’s been a little while since you filled in the surveys so we’d like to check on whether your addresses are correct and we have the correct version.

If you’ve moved in the last few months or are going on holiday over the next two months, please do let us know so we can change your address or delay the delivery so it’ll arrive while you’re there.

When do you begin shipping!

This question has come up a lot and due to the complexity of trying to balance everything, we had originally projected August many months ago when the campaign launched and due to a few delays we’d pushed it forward around half a month to around mid-September.

Things we’ve improved on 

Please bear in mind these pictures are taken with a telephone camera (as requested by backers) and are zoomed in heavily so there may be blurriness and specks of dirt on them from us playing with them in the office. Yours will be delivered clean and new.

• We’ve asked the manufacturer to double up on the oil edging of the bands to ensure they are as solid as possible and don’t present any issues after you’ve received them.

• We’ve fully completed the colour matching for the matte black hardware and have found the closest semblance to the original matte finish of the Apple Watch

• We've added our logo and some text to the interior to make it look crisp and let you know which way the band goes on without needing to look too hard - logo/text inwards against your wrist.

We’re trying our hardest to make sure the bands are at their very best at this stage and we’re trying to wrap everything up as soon as we can.
